These cookies get their excellent high protein content (12g protein per 3 cookies) from wheat, wheat germ and sunflower seeds. This protein source blends perfectly with all of our finest organic and natural ingredients. They are made with spring water, organic sugar, organic soya oil and organic coconut oil. Three cookies (75g) provides a satisfying meal with only 290 calories.
