Shipping Policy

Your order will ship from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. When your order is ready, we will use the shipping method you have selected to ship the product(s). 

New Sun Cookies offers flat rate shipping of $8.95 across Canada, and $9.95 across the United States.  All orders over $100 will be eligible for free shipping.

Return Policy

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the unused portion of the product for a full refund of the purchase price of the product*.

The product can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. When returning the product please include a copy of your purchase invoice** and the reason for the return.

Any refund or credit for exchange will be based on the value of the merchandise at the time of purchase. Shipping and Handling fees are not subject to refund unless the product is defective or we shipped an incorrect item. Any form of reimbursement will be consistent with the original method of payment.
